Two gas cylinders fine in Noakhali DUP

Noakhali correspondent:The mobile court has fined two gas cylinders in Sonpur area under Sadar upazila of Noakhali district. Two companies fined Tk 1 lakh 75 thousand.

The operation was conducted on Wednesday (April 17th) under the leadership of Executive Magistrate Roknuzzaman Khan, a mobile court.

According to the mobile court, it is known that in order to maintain excessive number of gas cylinders in accordance with the terms of the license issued in the Explosive Rules 2004, not to keep fire extinguishers, not to have adequate security in the storage place, not to build the stored godown rules, and to maintain the safety of the people. Due to the neglect and the neglect of the responsibility, the friend is LPG Gas national Taka 1 lakh under section 52 and 53 of the Protection of Rights Act, RK Auto Traders, Tk. 70 thousand under Rule 52 and 53 of the National Consumers Rights Protection Act, 2009, and without approval, different colors, chemicals, water and ice cream with harmful elements. Meanwhile, deputy director of National Consumer Protection Office, Debananda Sinha, was present as the prosecutor during the operation. Sudharam Model Police Station assisted in the operation.
