Memorandum of Understanding signed by NobiPrabi and Istanbul Technical University

Noakhali correspondent: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with the help of Noakhali Biswani and Technology University (NOBPB) and Turkey's Istanbul Tocenkal University.

In Istanbul, Tocenkal, Bangladesh signed the MoU on November 12 (27th of February, 2019) in favor of NobiPub. M. Ahiduzzaman Signing of the University Vice-Prince Prof. Ali Fuad Aydani on behalf of Istanbul University of Istanbul.
